Jay has been an innovator in hospitality, entertainment and retail real estate brokerage for more than 20 years. He has a deep understanding of the problems that Guesst aims to resolve. He is the guiding force behind Guesst.
Deborah has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a principal of Goldberg Group, a New York based investment firm. With her extensive experience in management, sales and marketing, Deborah shapes product development and growth strategies.
Alex Libkind brings more than 20 years of technology and financial management experience to Guesst. He founded Foundation Source and Zodiac Interactive. Both had successful exits. Alex's software powers food catering in major stadiums and convention centers throughout the U.S.
As a partner of Goldberg Group, Xan has led leasing and tenant relations. His insights and experience with merchants and brokers inform product development and user experience at Guesst. Xan has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ken McIntyre has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and currently serves as CEO of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), a trade association for executives of color in the industry. Mr. McIntyre founded PassPort Real Estate and serves on several boards, including Newmark Group, Acadia Realty Trust, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.
Marcus Samuelsson is the renowned chef behind many restaurants worldwide, including Red Rooster NYC and Miami. He has received eight James Beard Foundation Awards, including Best Chef. Mr. Samuelsson is a longstanding judge on the hit Food Network show Chopped, head judge of Top Chef and an Iron Chef on Netflix’s rebooted Iron Chef, and best-selling author of "Yes, Chef: A Memoir."
Josh Goldberg, a commercial real estate investor since 1985, specializes in transforming retail properties in prime urban and suburban locations. Responsible for countless lease negotiations, Goldberg excels at boosting the value of underperforming properties. His approach combines honesty, creativity, and pragmatism, allowing for consistent growth even in shifting markets.
Vin Turk brings over 20 years of founding, operating, and investing experience within the Internet software space. Vin co-founded Madison Logic, a leading B2B digital advertising firm. Additionally, he is active in many other start-up tech companies, including Science.io, Swap Health, Frequency, and Bombora, among other leading firms. Vin adds a new level of data and analytics expertise to Guesst.
